FAQ

How can I order your cards?

Browse the website, when you see something you like, click on the right button and add to the basket, once you have finished shopping, hit checkout and pay! it's as easy as ABC!

I would prefer the ink to be another colour - can you change this?

I print everything myself, so do let me know if you would prefer a different coloured ink to the one seen on the website! If you don't see anything you like and you are looking for something in particular, do get in touch also!

What if I would like something personalised?

Simple! I'd be delighted to create something for you...For all bespoke stationery, please email info@southlondonletterpress.co.uk

When will I received my stationery?

For stock items, once payment has been made, you should receive the goods within 5-7 working days, usually sooner (please call if the items are urgent) it may be possible if you are local in the SW area of London, that I can drop items to your door.

For Bespoke stationery, this will take a little longer and will depend on workload.

Do you sell anything else besides cards?

Yes I do! Not everything will be on the website all the time as I'm constantly making and buying new goodies! For example, I have Fountain Pens, Notebooks, Postcards boxes, pencil boxes, pencil pots, Brass letter openers and brass bookmarks and more!.....Please just ask!

How much is postage?

Postage and packing in the UK is £3.95. 
For overseas postage please get in touch. Dm via instagram, email or WhatsApp.
If you are local to SW12, please also get in touch for local delivery.

Do you have any gift boxes?

Gift boxes come with all bespoke orders of 20 cards or more, the cards look very special when given as a gift in a box!

Can you deliver direct to my recipient? If you require your order to be delivered to another address as a gift, just fill in the details of the order form, and let me know if you'd like me to write a gift message!

What happens if my purchase arrives damaged?

All purchases are wrapped thoroughly with eco paper bubble wrap and either brown paper or a white jiffy style packet. If your package arrives in a damaged state, please take a photograph of it and send it to me and I will be in touch to sort and return.

What is your returns policy?

Packs of cards may be returned for exchange if damaged during delivery and other products may be exchanged. but in most cases, sadly, refunds cannot be given. No returns on Bespoke Stationery for obvious reasons. Products to be returned within 14 days from delivery.

Do you run a workshop?

I would love to show you how to letterpress and will hopefully be setting up some local workshops soon - watch this space!

My studio in Clapham is an open studio and you are very welcome to visit - please get in touch to arrange a suitable day and time.

Do you attend local fairs and events?

Yes, I exhibit at many fairs and events around the country as well as locally in the SW London area, please check my events page for dates and venues - do pop by and say hello! I usually have loads of lovely stationery gifts that are not on the website and you will see everything in the flesh!
