For stock items, once payment has been made, you should receive the goods within 5-7 working days, usually sooner (please call if the items are urgent) it may be possible if you are local in the SW area of London, that I can drop items to your door.
For Bespoke stationery, this will take a little longer and will depend on workload.
Yes I do! Not everything will be on the website all the time as I'm constantly making and buying new goodies! For example, I have Fountain Pens, Notebooks, Postcards boxes, pencil boxes, pencil pots, Brass letter openers and brass bookmarks and more!.....Please just ask!How much is postage?

All purchases are wrapped thoroughly with eco paper bubble wrap and either brown paper or a white jiffy style packet. If your package arrives in a damaged state, please take a photograph of it and send it to me and I will be in touch to sort and return.What is your returns policy?
Packs of cards may be returned for exchange if damaged during delivery and other products may be exchanged. but in most cases, sadly, refunds cannot be given. No returns on Bespoke Stationery for obvious reasons. Products to be returned within 14 days from delivery.Do you run a workshop?
